Can I Freeze My Meals?

Most meals you definitely can. Our meals will last 5-7 days in the fridge and 1 months in your freezer. Feel free to always ask which meals can and can’t be frozen if you have any question whatsoever.

How Do I Heat My Meals?

All of our food comes entirely pre-cooked with instructions on the label for proper re-heating in the microwave. Here is what we recommend for reheating your meals for optimal taste. For the quickest way to warm your food, pop the top to vent. Place in microwave. Heat 1.5 - 2.5 minutes. Remove the lid and enjoy! Make sure to remove all sauce containers or condiments before microwaving. If warming in the oven. REMOVE ALL CONTENTS FROM CONTAINER. -Remove meat or fish and place on baking sheet -Warm oven to 350 degrees. -Once the oven is warm, cook10-15 minutes and check temp.

Do I Have To Place An Order To Get My Meals?

We are open 6 days a week! Stop by anytime and grab ready to go macro meals! We have a full brick and mortar location with dine in and carryout options. Our fridge is stocked with single ready to heat and eat meals. Enjoy your meal inside our dining area and grab it and go.

Are Your Meals Organic?

We use meats that have no hormones and no antibiotics that is grass-fed and fish that is wild-caught. We strive to source product that is top quality and do not cut corners on this.

Is There A Deadline To Order Meals?

Yes, since we cook/prepare all meals fresh we have to have an accurate count on all ingredients. That is why we ask that all bulk orders be placed Thursday before 11:59pm EST. for the following Monday/Tuesday pickup. If there is ever an issue, please call or email us to let us know. We can normally accommodate requests.

Do You Deliver?

Yes we do delivery. We can accommodate Sunday evening between 5:30pm-8pm EST. Delivery is $7.50 flat fee. Please make sure to choose your delivery when you order.

When do I pickup my meals?

Pickups start every Sunday from 5:30pm-8pm and Mondays 10am-7pm. You do not have to have an order to pick meals up. We keep our fridges stocked with ready to go meals.

Cancellation, Credit, or Refund

Due to strict guidelines we follow to order from our suppliers, we do not refund orders. We can issue credit for a future order. Subscriptions that have already processed can not be refunded or stopped. All subscriptions must be canceled or paused prior to the following weeks auto renew. Non subscription orders that have been processed already that need to be canceled, will be credited back to your online profile. We can not refund orders that are canceled.
